Maravedis is a new loudspeaker system from Norfolk, UK, making its first public appearance at the North West Audio Show. Built around 50cm wooden gramophone-style horns, open-baffle lower-midrange and push-push sealed bass, it combines the physical presence of large-format horn loading with modern digital control and multi-amplification in a carefully integrated three-way system.

Optimised for BACCH DSP and room correction, the system can produce a vivid three-dimensional acoustic image, bringing together traditional horn architecture and contemporary signal processing for long, thrilling listening.
